I've faced the fact our team has an interesting view on the current design lately. They are paying a close attention to the provided elements I have generated, which I was hoping for. Rather than staying stiff to my original design, it is much more profitable to use this evolution vector. The help I was looking for comes at last, a different perspective so to speak. It forces to criticize my early thoughts and shape them into something more believable.
Therefore, I have decided to open design spots, clearly for the community to define. These will be strict areas of gameplay that are opened to their creativity. This will reduce the amount of workload on my part, especially given the small amount of spare time I have for this, and will allow them to involve themselves in the creation process. This should give everyone a chance to express themselves easily on the actual direction the game should take, while taking some time off their other duties.
Hopefully that will strengthen the current team cell we have established.
Let's see what they come up with.
